Your duties
- Assist our Business Intelligence team in developing group strategy projects
- Support analysis & presentations to define project direction
- Support development of processes, structures and frameworks that support the implementation of smart solutions to improve the status quo
- Analyze business processes and provide recommendations for improvements
- Determine business needs, specifications, system requirements and software configurations
- Configuring cloud-based ERP, CRM and Marketing Automation solutions
Your profile
- Fascination for digitalization and IT based work
- Proven interest for logistics and international trading
- Sense of initiative and communication, demonstrated via prior internships or association leadership
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Able to work independently, service-oriented, team player and resistant to stress with a „handson“ approach
- Very good knowledge of both written and spoken English
- Proficient in MS Office applications and IT-based online marketing tools like Google Analytics

- Salesforce product knowledge and experience of salesforce development.
- Experience implementing and developing in Apex, Visualforce, and JavaScript.
