LOLOTUS Containers is an owner-run group of companies operating in the sectors of trading and leasing new and used containers internationally. Since its foundation in 2008, the business group has grown steadily. The headquarter is located in Egestorf near Hamburg and further offices or representations are located in Hamburg (Germany), São Paulo (Brazil), Shanghai (China) and Miami (USA). With a view to expanding our current sales team, we are looking for several full-time Senior Sales Managers (m/f/x) to support our existing team as soon as possible:
Your tasks
Your tasks
- Acquisition of new customers and care of existing customers
- Completion and organisation of the entire customer process, from customer acquisition, service provision to after-sales service, including ongoing customer care
- Ear around the market: ensuring communication of customer and market requirements to the company and proactively offering relevant services
- Cooperation in the development and rollout of sales strategies and concepts within the overarching company strategy
- Establishment, support and management of the company sales team
- Tuned into the market: ensuring customer and market requirements passed on to the company and proactively offering relevant services
- Fulfilment of a mentoring function in the successful qualification and training of young sales managers.
- At least three years professional experience in the sales sector, ideally in the container industry or logistics and with an existing network within the sector
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Experience in the establishment and management of sales teams
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
- Able to work independently, service-oriented, team player and resistant to stress
- Good command of English - spoken and written.
- Well experienced in use of current MS Office applications and IT-based sales tools

A LOTUS Containers é um grupo empresarial de gestão familiar do setor de comércio e aluguel de containers novos e usados a nível internacional. Desde a sua fundação em 2008, o grupo tem crescido de forma sólida. A matriz tem sede em Egestorf perto de Hamburgo. Outros escritórios estão situados em Hamburgo (Alemania), São Paulo (Brasil), Xangai (China) e Miami (EUA). Para integrar a nossa equipe de vendas no Brasil, estamos à procura de diversos Gerentes de vendas júnior (m/f/x) a tempo integral, para início imediato.
As suas Responsabilidades:
- Prospecção operacional de novos clientes e suporte dos clientes existentes
- Processo e organização de todos os processos do cliente: desde a aquisição do cliente, passando pela prestação de serviços, até ao serviço de pós-venda e ao atendimento contínuo do cliente
- "O ouvido no mercado": Percepção das necessidades do cliente e do mercado à empresa e participação ativa nos serviços apropriados
O seu perfil:
- Experiência de um a dois anos na área de vendas, idealmente na indústria de containers e logística com a rede existente do setor
- Excelente comunicação falada e escrita
- Flexibilidade e disponibilidade para viajar
- Forma de trabalhar independente, orientação para serviços, capacidade de trabalho em equipe e resistência ao stress
- Bons conhecimentos de inglês tanto oralmente como por escrito
- Experiente nas aplicações do MS Office e nas ferramentas empresariais baseadas em TI
