Mr. Oliver Dollmann
Senior Finance Manager at LOTUS Containers since April 1st, 2018
To enhance our finance standards and meet the growing demands in conjunction with our expansion, we are pleased to welcome Oliver Dollmann as Senior Finance Manager. In his most recent role Oliver Dollmann has worked as Managing Director in his self-owned car dealer company for 12 years, with more than 50 employees. Oliver Dollmann held a leading position in a tax and business consulting company. He holds a Master degree in Business Administration with main focus on Audit and Corporate Accounting / Controlling. His experience coupled with his ability to assess complex topics and offer corporate accounting and controlling solutions, will serve our customers and LOTUS Containers.

Mr. Ragnar Pumptow Junior Sales Manager at LOTUS Containers since April 1st, 2018
We are glad to announce that Ragnar Pumptow joined LOTUS Containers as Junior Sales Manager. Ragnar Pumptow`s professional life has always been about sales. He has most recently worked as a Sales Manager for consumer goods. During his time as a financial advisor, Ragnar came into contact with containers for the first time, dealing with container direct investments. Prior Ragnar worked in the residential and commercial real estate sector in Hamburg. Ragnar is a sales gladiator, he is highly motivated and a dedicated professional.

Ms. Ramona Pretzel Assistant to the CEO at LOTUS Containers since April 1st, 2018
LOTUS Containers is pleased to announce that Ramona Pretzel joined our team in Germany. Ramona Pretzel worked at a law firm in Hamburg, Germany as legal assistant and office manager for over 18 years. We are confident that Ramona will be a tremendous support to our overworked and underpaid CEO Willem-Alexander Dous. Our customers as well as LOTUS Containers can be fully assured in obtaining continued top quality service and assistance.

Ms. Ana Estupinan Assistant to the COO at LOTUS Containers since April 1st, 2018
Ms. Ana Estupinan – originating from Colombia – will support our COO in everyday’s activity and IT / digitization projects. Along her previous professional path, she most recently has worked for 2,5 years as an analyst and has a background in Process Optimization, Statistical Analysis, Marketing Strategy and Business Intelligence. Ana holds a Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering and currently pursuits her Master in Global Logistics and Supply Chain Management at a leading logistics university in Germany. With her expertise in negotiations and media communications, she will help us provide the best customer service. Coupled with her interest in Business Intelligence and Forecasting & Data Science among other topics she will be able to provide an enriching experience.

Mr. Mateo Ariza Member Business and Market Intelligence department at LOTUS Containers since April 1st, 2018
We would like to introduce to you a new member of our Business and Market Intelligence department, Mr. Mateo Ariza. Hailing from Colombia, he possesses a competent business background thanks to his experience in working for Legal and Financial Consulting firms, and also the coffee industry. He has very good knowledge of Auditing and Finance having worked for one of the world´s top consulting companies, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management at a leading university in Germany. We are sure that he will enrich our Business and Market Intelligence with his experience and new perspectives.

Mr. Vasily Kalikin Member Business and Market Intelligence department at LOTUS Containers since April 1st, 2018
We are delighted to introduce our new colleague, Mr. Vasily Kalikin. Vasily joined our Business and Market Intelligence department. Vasily has four years of professional working experience as a supply chain specialists, responsible for production procurement at a car manufacturer and as logistics project manager for internal logistics organisation. Currently, pursuing his Master of Management, at a leading German logistics university in Germany, where he will be graduating in 2018. He already holds a Bachelor degree in economics with foreign trade focus. With his professional interests in the fields of Lean Management and 6-sigma approaches, quality management, digitalization and process improvement, we are confident that he will live up to his place in the Business and Market Intelligence.
