With a view to expanding our current sales team, we are looking for several full-time, regional Senior Sales Managers (m/f) to support our existing team as soon as possible:

Your duties

  • acquisition of new customers and care of existing customers
  • completion and organisation of the entire customer process, from customer acquisition, service provision to after-sales service, including ongoing customer care
  • cooperation in the development and rollout of sales strategies and concepts within the overarching company strategy
  • establishment, support and management of the company sales team
  • ‘tuned into the market’: ensuring customer and market requirements passed on to the company and proactively offering relevant services
  • fulfilment of a mentoring function in the successful qualification and training of young sales managers

Your profile

  • at least three years’ professional experience in the sales sector, ideally in the container industry or logistics and with an existing network within the sector
  • strong written and spoken communication skills
  • experience in the establishment and management of sales teams
  • flexibility and willingness to travel
  • able to work independently, service-oriented, team player and resistant to stress
  • good command of English – spoken and written
  • well experienced in use of current MS Office applications and IT-based sales tools
